We have employees working direct in production and others indirectly. Some of the farm activities includes Planting, Crop maintenance, Spray, Irrigation, Grading, Packing, Scouting, Propagation and Construction and maintenance, Stores, Transport Security among others

Lathyflora is a member of the Agricultural Employers Association and our unionisable employees are members of the Kenya Plantation and Agricultural Workers Union (KPAWU). We have a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for the employees’ terms of employment. AEA represent the interests of flower industry employers in Kenya. On the other hand, the company recognize that employees have a right and freedom of association that they can join union of their choice.
